The Scottish Flood Forum is a charity committed to supporting flood risk communities across Scotland.
We collaborate with communities, local authorities, third sector organisations and the construction industry (amongst others) to meet Scotland's climate and adaptation challenge, by strengthening our ability to plan, prepare, respond and recover from flooding.
Integrating flood resilience into buildings sets the foundation for safer and better prepared communities. We raise awareness of mitigation options, provide guidance on product certification and promote competent qualified flood resilient construction and installation.
Come and see us to discuss and obtain free advice on various PFR subjects including.
- Understanding and assessing flood risk.
- Flood resistant options for ongoing or upcoming projects.
- Flood resilient construction methods and materials for ongoing or upcoming projects.
